Planning and execution of the production process of a food industry enterprise. Ensuring compliance with production technology, organization and management of the product production process. Production control, quality assurance, etc. Development of new products (flavors). Compilation of technological instructions. Management of production documentation.
Employee requirements
Knowledge and management of technological processes of food production. Understanding the requirements in the food production industry. General knowledge of microbiology and chemistry. General knowledge of laboratory equipment and processes. Experience in food assistance, especially in the field of canned goods or beverages, is a big plus.
