Creation of new dishes, introduction of new dishes to the range, preparation of tastings;
Continuous quality control of food produced by restaurants;
Preparation of recipes, preparation of new technological cards (TK), correction of existing TK, work with the Syrve warehouse program,
Preparation of production technological documentation,
Selection and evaluation of raw materials, close cooperation with the Purchasing Department.
Participation in the creation of a menu for new brands,

Has a university or higher (professional) education in the field of food technology, catering (advantage),
Has similar work experience in catering, at least 2 years (mandatory),
Has knowledge of production equipment, knows production technological processes,
Has good computer literacy skills;
You are active, proactive, responsible, able to work in a team.
