NATURE OF WORK:
Organize, control and ensure the smooth operation of the catering department;
Ensure compliance with service and food production quality standards;
Ensure the control of the food produced and, if necessary, participate in the production;
Make proposals for updating, supplementing, changing the range of dishes;
Create new technological cards and implement them in production;
Create menus;
Manage the accounting of material values determined in accordance with competence, carry out an inventory, fill in journals and other documentation;
Provide reports to state institutions;
Plan department expenses and control costs;
Organize and control the work of subordinate employees;
Compile work schedules and time sheets;
Organize customer service training;
Using various internal and external communication tools to shape the image of the catering unit.

Work experience in catering in the position of production manager;
Good teamwork skills;
Computer literacy;
Impeccable conflict management;
Ability to work and organize team work well at peak times;
Loyalty, honesty.

Advantages:
Knowledge of foreign languages, relevant education.

2000-2500 €/mon. net
