- Development of new food products, organization and implementation of tastings
- Preparation and administration of technological documentation
- Organizing and conducting employee training (about the production of new products)
- Organization and control of the food preparation process at gas stations
- Selection and application of suitable raw materials in the food production process
- Calculation and analysis of product costs
- Communication with suppliers and other partners on quality issues
Employee requirements
- Higher education (preferably in the field of food technology)
- Similar work experience
- Knowledge of safety and quality of food production, sanitary and hygienic requirements of the production process
- Planning, organization and problem solving skills
- Driver's license (own car)
- Computer skills
