GROHE is looking for a Marketing Activation Manager — a coordinator profile that is proficient in translating strategies into a range of marketing activities. This role requires creative and efficient problem-solving skills as essential components.

In this position, you will be responsible for:

  • Support in creating a local marketing plan in alignment with the market plan and based on HQ strategy;
  • Work with the Baltic team to create brand awareness to promote the products in the Baltic countries by focusing on new launches and brand values;
  • Coordinate the creation and delivery of marketing materials and content;
  • Campaign planning and execution: in-store solutions, display configurations, tailor made solutions;
  • Plan and execute events and fairs in close cooperation with HQ and the local teams;
  • Support in creating yearly customer activity plans;
  • Maintain and update 3 Baltic websites, manage Social media accounts.

  • have strong project management and administrative skills;

  • are creative in planning and implementing activities to endorsers;
  • have at least 2-3 years of experience from a similar position within an international company and comparable industry;
  • are fluency in Lithuanian and English;
  • are operational and attentive to details;
  • have strong creative and analytical thinking;
