We're seeking a Marketing & Communications Specialist to join our ambitious marketing team.
The MC team is responsible for developing and executing the firm's go-to-market strategy using our expertise and skills in online & onsite marketing as well as public relations. The team aims at ensuring brand values, designing tactics to sustain competitive advantage, and developing engaging marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and commercial outcomes both locally and across the borders.

In this role you will:
●Assist in executing marketing and communications strategy, in collaboration with our Lines of Service
●Implement various B2B marketing initiatives across different channels in order to promote company's services (paid and organic, online and onsite)
●Develop marketing material (visual and verbal) for different platforms
●Manage corporate website and social media pages
●Analyze campaign performance and ROI to be able to optimize future initiatives
●Assist in optimizing PR relationships to drive media and visibility for key PwC Lithuania leaders and topics

You are our perfect candidate if you have:
●2+ years of experience in a marketing and communications role
●Experience in digital marketing and events organization
●Superior verbal and written communication skills with a high attention to details
●Advanced proficiency in Lithuanian and upper-intermediate or advanced proficiency in English
●A flare for creativity and innovation

Our offer:
The monthly gross base salary for this position ranges from 1800 - 2300 EUR. Actual compensation depends on candidate qualifications, skills, and performance.
