Your main objectives:
Now we are looking for a middle-level Marketing Manager to join our team in Vilnius to execute marketing strategy, administrate day-to-day routines, monitor performance and make sure everything is done in compliance with the organization's needs in the Baltic market.

- participation in the development of a marketing and communication strategy, change initiation
- planning media, and implementation of projects to promote the brand, products, and services (B2C, B2B)
- launching marketing and communication campaigns, analysis of the effectiveness
- participation in the preparation and adaptation of creative materials. Monitoring compliance with brand standards in projects that are implemented
- preparation of briefs
- holding tenders for the selection of contractors
- budgeting, planning business targets, reporting on the achievement of key KPIs
- Market research
- closely work with partners (inside/ outside, local/abroad)
Who we are looking for:
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal); Lithuanian - native or bilingual; Russian or Ukrainian - a big advantage (for inside communication with colleagues)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing or product management as a brand manager, marketing manager or product owner in Baltic countries (in one person, middle-level position)
- Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook business manager, Knowledge of the principles of social networks - at the level of use of reporting and control of partners
- Management of development and creation (at the customer level) of WEB, APP and other Digital projects
- Basic knowledge of design programs (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop or others)
- The understanding of the logistics/transportation/shipment sector - a big advantage
- You are ambitious, you can work independently and in a team and motivate others
- You have critical and analytical thinking, creativity
