Are you ready to dive into a world of sweet marketing adventures? 🍭 Candy POP is on the lookout for a Marketing Project Manager to join our team and lead the charge in orchestrating our sugary campaigns and events, ensuring that every new shop opening and exciting endeavor is a resounding success!
As a Marketing Project Manager, you’ll oversee our highest-impact marketing launches—new market entries and shop openings, collections, products, sales, and campaigns communication with different in-store initiatives. You'll also manage various collaborations with other brands and events, ensuring everything runs as smoothly as a hot knife through butter, while supporting other teams with their operations.

- Marketing Project Planning and Execution. Develop and oversee marketing campaigns, projects, and initiatives to captivate our audience.
- Manage a diverse portfolio of projects, external partners, and team members to ensure alignment with project objectives, deadlines, and budgets.
- Foster cross-functional collaborations. Partner with our retail, product, and B2B experts to bring our projects to fruition.
- Ensure that all Candy POP shops are primed for upcoming campaigns with printed advertising, special events, and other initiatives from a marketing perspective.
- Collaborate with a dynamic team of professionals, from designers, copywriters to social media managers to develop project-related content, visual materials, and essential assets.
- Stay abreast of the latest marketing trends and incorporate fresh ideas, formats, and perspectives into our work.
- Maintain continuous client communication, coordinate resources effectively, and ensure overall project alignment.
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee a diverse array of tasks with cross-functional teams, ensuring timely and within-budget completion of all objectives.
Reikalinga:
What we're looking for in you:
- Have at least 1-2 years of experience in marketing and/or advertising project management.
- Familiarity with printed advertising concepts.
- A master of organization with strong prioritization skills, capable of taking the reins and owning projects from start to finish.
- Detail-oriented and adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- A whiz at coordinating tasks with cross-functional teams to ensure we hit our targets.
- Comfortable in a dynamic, fast-growing retail environment, ready to tackle daily challenges.
- Perfect time-management skills with the ability to coordinate tasks for other team members.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written, with excellent copywriting skills in both Lithuanian and - ---- English, coupled with clear and engaging communication.

Candy POP is currently the leading specialized retailer in the Baltics, operating 26 stores, of which 14 are in Lithuania, 5 in Latvia, 4 in Estonia and 3 in Poland.The company is also active in e-commerce and wholesale.
The Candy POP’s assortment includes selected sweets, snacks and beverages, most of which come from the USA, Asia and other countries that are exotic to the Baltic region.
