MAIN RESPONSIBILITY:
- Contribute to and implement the marketing strategy, executing brand projects aligned with the Branding strategy.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, monitoring metrics and adjusting strategies accordingly.
- Conduct market research to understand target audiences, competitor landscape, and industry trends.
- Manage partnerships with B2B clients, educational institutions, and communities to meet branding needs.
- Foster relationships with Business Development, Sales, and internal service Consultants.
- Collaborate with group marketing executives to ensure optimal execution and alignment.
- Stay updated on marketing trends and technologies.
REQUIREMENT:
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing (IT sector, B2B is a BIG plus).
- Experience in entering or expanding markets or launching new services/products.
- Strong ownership and teamwork skills.
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication (Lithuanian and English, German is a plus) and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in control of a budget.
- Proactivity, positivity, strong motivation, and a can-do attitude.
- Driven by challenges and outcomes oriented.
