Marketing Project Manager

Your everyday responsibilities will be:
▪️ Find the way how to ensure the guest traffic in the venues trough marketing activities;
▪️ Managing marketing content and budget in Lithuania, ensuring the effectiveness of marketing actions;
▪️ Shaping the image of managed brands, planning and implementing related marketing actions in e-commerce and social networks;
▪️ Initiating and implementing sales promotion actions in entertainment venues;
▪️ Collaborating with external partners, forming tasks for third parties, and managing the quality of their work;
▪️ Smooth and efficient collaboration with the Baltic marketing team.
▪️ Developing subordinate employees, delegating tasks, and monitoring their performance.

For your success you should have:
▪️ 3+ years of experience in managing digital marketing projects in the e-commerce field;
▪️ Experience in managing marketing project budgets and partners;
▪️ Experience in planning and executing media campaigns;
Higher education;
▪️ Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written.
