- Support CMO in executing other marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
- Collaborate with external agencies and internal teams for project efficiency.
- Create marketing materials and provide event support.
- Monitor and report on marketing performance.
- Stay updated on industry trends and bring fresh ideas to the team.
Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum 1-year experience in marketing, including social media, email marketing, and project execution.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Proficiency in social media and email marketing platforms.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and marketing-related software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Lithuanian.
- Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and partners.
- Analytical mindset for actionable insights.
- Enthusiasm for the financial services industry and Genome's growth.
