We are currently looking for Marketing Project Manager(s) to join our team.

What will your working day look like?

• You will delve deeper into the needs of customers of insurance services
• You will develop and implement a long-term value strategy for insurance products for private clients
• You will identify target customer segments and create marketing solutions for customers and implement them (customer retention, attraction, value increase)
• You will be responsible for complex projects that include sales channels, product, process, service, service, etc. changes, implementation
• You will manage the life cycle of marketing offers to customers (initiation, development, development, closing), periodically evaluate results, key performance indicators and take timely action
• I collaborated with IT, insurance risk assessment, marketing communication, sales channels and other teams

• Higher university education (economics/management; marketing specialist diploma would be an advantage)
• 3-5 years of work experience in the field of marketing
• Strategic marketing competencies, analytical foresight, entrepreneurship
• Experience working with customer research and insights, ability to discover valuable ideas for customer retention, acquisition and product value enhancement
• Good marketing project management skills, ability to assemble and lead the project team forward, implement new solutions
• Experience working with different sales channels and knowing how to sell an idea, focus and achieve results
• Excellent negotiation and cooperation skills - you are able to hear the opinions of others, you are flexible to changes
• Do you speak English?

Salary from EUR 2,600 - EUR 3,500 (excluding taxes), which depends on the candidate's competencies and work experience.
