Focus:
- Administration of social network accounts and other platforms, active creation of engaging content (videos, reels, photos, texts);
- Planning, coordination and implementation of marketing campaigns;
- Creation and implementation of the employer's visual communication projects;
- Administration of websites of group companies;
- Creation, analysis, optimization of digital advertising campaigns with the help of external service providers;
- Cooperation with creative, digital marketing, media planning and PR agencies;
- Ordering representative gifts;
- Active participation in the development and implementation of strategic communication plans (external and internal communication).
What do we expect?
- Higher/higher non-university degree (marketing/communication field would be an advantage);
- At least 2 years of experience working as a marketing specialist;
- Ability to create engaging advertising content, excellent writing skills in Lithuanian and English;
- Video creation experience reels/stories video for social media;
- You can plan, organize and manage several marketing projects at the same time;
- Good understanding of various digital marketing channels and tools used to manage them (eg: SEO, Google analytics, Meta ads, Google ads);
- Work experience with content management systems;
- Ability to create simple visuals using the Canva tool (advantage.
