Primary responsibilities
- Creation and implementation of the company's brand marketing plan;
- Marketing budget planning and effective management;
- Organization, implementation and analysis of results of advertising campaigns;
- Market analysis and monitoring of the competitive environment;
- Increasing brand awareness in Lithuania and foreign markets;
- Maintenance of existing digital channels (Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok);
- Creation of visual content and advertising texts;
- Ability to independently execute projects from idea generation to implementation;
- Cooperation with designers, agencies or other partners.
Employee requirements
- Higher Education;
- Experience in the field of marketing (at least 2 years);
- Experience in introducing new brands to new markets (advantage);
- Experience with Google, Facebook Ads advertising (very big advantage);
- Computer literacy, knowledge of graphic design programs;
- Ability to perform several tasks at the same time;
- Knowledge of work and communication ethics.

Salary
