Your working day:
- Implementation of the company's marketing strategy and plan;
- Implementation of marketing campaigns / projects and evaluation of results;
- Generation of creative ideas, submission and implementation of proposals;
- Development of promotional materials and tools for marketing campaigns;
- Collaboration with creative, media and soc. media agencies;
- Search for new advertising methods and channels;
- Website maintenance and development (user experience improvement, work with content management system);
- Monitoring and analysis of the market and competitors.
What we expect:
- Higher education, which will help to quickly understand the activities of the marketing department;
- Ability to engage in several different activities simultaneously and identify project management priorities;
- Creativity and courage to implement innovative ideas;
- Ability to work in a team and take personal responsibility;
- Very good work planning and organization skills, meeting deadlines and intrinsic motivation to improve and learn;
- Experience in administering websites and social networks;
- Knowledge of MS Office package - PPT, Word, Excel;
- Good knowledge of Lithuanian and English, knowledge of clerical work.
