We are a group of three companies - Distyle, Diled and Deisida.
Our field of activity is very broad:
Group turnover in 2023 5.2 million eur, a total of about 40 people work.
We are expanding the team and are looking for a marketing specialist for the entire group of companies. If you are creative, want to grow in the field of marketing, are able to act proactively and show and implement your own initiatives - we are waiting for your CV. We hope that the new team member will know communication and advertising, but most importantly - will be eager to act, have innovative ideas and be able to strategically plan marketing actions forward.
Our field of activity is very broad:
- Distyle is engaged in the trade of standard furniture and lamps, the Distyle project department is engaged in the full implementation and installation of public and office projects.
- Diled provides lighting calculation, lighting design and installation services.
- Deisida provides brick and facade panel cutting services.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare and implement corporate communication strategy. Increase the awareness of corporate brands, shape and strengthen corporate image;
- Fill the social networks of the group of companies with content, administer them and keep them alive;
- Collect relevant information about the essential events and achievements of companies, systematize it and prepare it for communication through selected internal and external communication channels;
- Contribute to the organization of corporate events and marketing initiatives, external and internal communication projects.
WHAT WE EXPECT:
- You are well versed in external communication, advertising and have work experience in this field;
- Fluent reasoning in Lithuanian and English (written and spoken);
- Able to prepare interesting and engaging content for media and social media. for networks, taking into account the nature of the company's activities;
- Willingness to communicate and take initiatives - there will be a friendly team nearby to help implement everything;
- You are flexible, proactive, organized and creative;
- Has experience with SEO, AdWords, Analytics (it would be an advantage, but not a necessity).
