Marketing Specialist

UAB City - Line LT is looking for an experienced marketing specialist to join our dynamic, creative and talented team of professionals. The marketing specialist will be responsible for the development and execution of the entire marketing strategy in order to increase the visibility of the company, increase the flow of customers and expand business opportunities.

• Creation and development of marketing strategy;
  
• Website content administration (TVS Wordpress).
  
• Posting of new products and information about equipment for sale. Control of equipment balances on the website;
  
• Marketing budget planning, cost optimization and execution control;
  
• Creation and administration of social network content (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Youtube, LinkedIn, Tik Tok, etc.);
  
• Preparation and publication of articles and promotional texts on information portals and the company's website;
  
• Developing the company's image and increasing awareness;
  
• Coordination of creation and distribution of catalogs, device instructions, leaflets;
  
• Promotional paraphernalia and business gift orders;
  
• Cooperation with external advertising providers;
  
• Preparing and sending newsletters to the company's business partners;
  
• Constant analysis of market changes, actions of competitors and initiation of countermeasures;
  
• Organizing and participating in various events, exhibitions and seminars;
  
• Preparation of presentations and organization of training for business partners;
  
• Filming and photography of the company's production.
  
• Performing other team tasks.

• Advanced degree in marketing, business administration, communications or similar field.
  
• At least 2 years of experience in marketing.
  
• Good understanding of online marketing strategies, SEO, Google and social media management.
  
• Excellent literacy and communication skills.
  
• Ability to effectively organize work, communicate, make decisions and work in a team.
  
• Good analytical skills and ability to evaluate data.
  
• Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian and English, written and spoken.
  
• Ability to use artificial intelligence, e-commerce, PowerAutomate or equivalent process automation, MS Office package, design programs.
  
• Ability to creatively and professionally manage social networks, create content and strategies for their management,
