Primary responsibilities
- Creative and strategic marketing planning taking into account the company's goals and the product market;
- Development and strengthening of the brand, including the development of advertising and social network strategies;
- Conducting market research and analysis, monitoring trends;
- Maintenance of the company's website and social networks;
- Organization of product exhibitions, conducting presentations;
- Timely response to market changes and competitors' activities in order to maintain the company's competitive advantage;
Employee requirements
- Higher education (marketing, economics, business management);
- At least 2 years of work experience in the field of marketing/advertising (advantage in the production sector);
- Ability to create and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and product awareness;
- Good communication and project management skills;
- Ability to analyze market trends and competitors;
- Understanding of product development and marketing concepts;
- Ability to work in a team with other departments, such as production, sales;
- Creativity, initiative, responsibility;
- Good knowledge of English (oral and written);
