Nature of work

Formation of Audrineta's marketing strategy by increasing the company's awareness and strengthening its image;
marketing budget planning, implementation and control;
planning and full implementation of marketing actions, analysis of results and suggestions for improving operations;
analysis of the company's performance indicators and the market, providing insights, preparing reports, initiating new marketing tools;
organization of communication campaigns (digital advertising, social networks, ATL and BTL communication), work with agencies;
creation of advertising material (ideas, preparation of texts, organization of photo sessions, layouts, video and audio content in agencies);
promotional material for salons (flyers, posters, signs, etc.);
company e-mail administration and development of websites, analysis of indicators, submission of texts and news, SEO (work with an agency);
improvement of customer experience, implementation of service standard;
analysis of visitor flows, marketing actions to increase the number of requests.
creation of presentations, other visual material;
organization of company events and fostering of internal culture;
communication with suppliers, preparation and implementation of representative gift offers;
management of customer requests.

Employee requirements

you have at least 3 years of successful analog work experience in the field of marketing;
you have excellent communication and writing skills;
