Marketing Manager

We invite a Marketing Manager to join the constantly growing and working as one harmonious mechanism UAB TAUMONA team! We are looking for an experienced and dedicated professional who will be responsible for the implementation of the marketing strategy and take care of the company's communication.

Your job:

  • Creation and management of social media content (Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, etc.).
  • Product catalog administration - timely updating, addition, editing.
  • Analysis of the market assortment, following the latest trends, initiating news based on market insights.
  • Coordination of advertising work in cooperation with external partners.
  • Creation of descriptions of products, collections.
  • Generation of new ideas.

We expect from you:

  • Enthusiasm, enthusiasm and desire to improve.
  • Higher/higher education in marketing, graphic design or similar. in the field.
  • Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian and English languages, knowledge of grammar and punctuation - you will be able to apply all this in the creation of texts.
  • Experience with Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and/or other visual content tools.
  • Experience with Google Ads, GA4, GTM and/or Meta.
  • Excellent sales copywriting skills.
  • Ability to create simple visuals using the Canva tool.
  • Experience in generating creative solutions and creating content for social media.
  • You are a creative person who at the same time strives for measured results.
  • Has excellent time and work planning and organization skills, able to work according to a schedule and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail, organization, flexibility and quick adaptation to changes.

  • In the advertisement, the remuneration (in hand) is from €1,500 to €2,100, however, we are ready to discuss another salary range, taking into account your experience and competences.
