For 16 years, we have been creating training programs that have no analogues in Lithuania for people who want to fundamentally improve their quality of life and leadership skills.
Today, we are looking for an energetic and ambitious person in the marketing team, so that even more people in Lithuania and around the world will hear about the highest level continuous programs - DaVinci 365® ARCHITECTS and PHRONESIS management academy® with the help of quality communication.

Requirements
Experience in working with communication projects related to writing texts and preparing persuasive communication and the desire to learn in this field;
General knowledge of Digital Marketing;
Soc. Network management skills;
Experience working with visual layouts in Adobe programs (Photoshop; Illustrator; Canva; etc.);
Experience working with Video editing programs, mainly in creating Reels / Story content (CapCut; Adobe Premiere; After Effect; etc.);
Experience with newsletter creation platforms (MailChimp; Mailerlite; etc.);
Experience in managing WEB pages (Wordpress; Zyro; Simvoly; etc.);
Experience or desire to learn how to work with META (Facebook and Instagram); Google Ads (Google and Youtube); Linkedin Ads advertising administration platforms;
Experience working with marketing automation tools (eg AdEspresso or others);
Fluent and correct Lithuanian language and knowledge of English;
Flexibility and not being afraid to take on new, different tasks and the desire to constantly learn;
Speed in resolving issues.
