KristiAna, one of the largest perfumery-cosmetics chain in the Baltic States, invites a Marketing Manager to join the team.
In this position you:
- You will create and purposefully pursue long-term, sales-stimulating company marketing plans;
- Plan the marketing budget and ensure its effective use;
- You will take care of increasing brand awareness, external communication, advertising tools and marketing campaigns;
- You will be responsible for the control of product presentation and advertising compliance standards and requirements at retail outlets;
- Conducts negotiations with shopping centers and other partners regarding the company's advertising;
- I analyze the market, follow the latest trends, generate ideas and look for the most suitable marketing channels;
- I worked closely with the sales department, improving sales indicators and experience;
- You will develop organic communication of social networks LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram.
Requirements:
- Higher education (in the field of marketing, marketing, communication);
- At least 2 years of successful similar work experience;
- Knowledge and practical experience in working with digital marketing tools (Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEM/SEO, etc.);
- Ability to independently plan and organize one's work, submit proposals;
- Creativity, ability to generate ideas and present them to the team;
- Constant interest in marketing innovations;
- Excellent knowledge of the English language (written and spoken);
- Experience with newsletter sending systems, e-mail marketing experience, working with the CANVA program - an advantage;
- Ability to work in a team and independently;
- Excellent computer skills.
