Requirements
- Good knowledge of mathematics, chemistry or physics. We will not ask you to solve Hilbert's 23 problems, but if your competence ends at the 8th grade course, forget about this offer. We will not ask you to show your diploma or boast about your work experience, but we will check your knowledge during the first interview.
- Good knowledge of the Lithuanian language. You don't have to be a national dictation winner, but spelling and punctuation without mistakes should be as easy as two times two.
- Computer literacy skills. We have a server maintenance specialist, but you have to understand more than the fact that "computer literacy" is not a process during which you will have to take a pen and use it to write something on the computer.
- Diligence and responsibility. We are patient and answer every question and sometimes even forgive mistakes. We do not impose physical punishments, but it should be self-evident to you that if you negligently complete the assigned tasks, at the end of the month you will not deceive a poor student, not a stupid employer, and not even a thief or thugs in government, but only yourself.
- Consistency. We are not looking for friendship, but we are not interested in a month-long non-committal relationship.
- Flawless appearance. We will try to make you go to work like a holiday, so we ask you to look accordingly. We won't put you on the scale or ask you to step on the podium, but don't forget that you will be responsible for teaching the students, not scaring them.
- And the most important thing is respect for the student. We will immediately say goodbye to even the best specialist if there is room in his teaching strategy for disrespectful communication or personal bias towards even the most incompetent student.

- All training tools. We will provide all training tools; from computer hardware to required textbooks and problem solutions with detailed examples and explanations.
- A good, annually reviewed salary. We will not pay for full space, but we are not looking for cosmonauts. You won't have to live paycheck to paycheck, because working full-time you will earn from 1800 EUR before taxes. We remind you that the salary is paid according to the official employment contract, the advantages of which are listed above.
