We are looking for a colleague who:
- completed cadastral measurements of real estate objects;
- provide reports of completed works;
- prepared cadastral files of land plots;
- prepared executive photos of engineering networks;
- prepared geodetic photos of buildings;
- prepare topographic plans;
- would be able to prepare projects for the formation and reformation of land plots (would be an advantage).
In this position, it is important for us:
- meet the requirements of education and professional experience established by the Law of the Real Estate Cadastre of the Republic of Lithuania, the rules for issuing, suspending and revoking surveyor qualification certificates, approved by the Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania on 11/19/2002 no. 1805;
- know the laws and other legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania, which regulate the procedure for cadastral measurements of real estate objects, collection, clarification and processing of cadastral data, as well as other issues necessary in work activities;
- be able to fluently and correctly teach thoughts in Lithuanian in writing and orally;
- to be able to independently plan, solve, and organize one's activities in order to complete assigned tasks on time and properly;
- know how to manage, accumulate, systematize and summarize information;
- be able to work with the Microsoft Office program package;
- have a valid driver's license, category B, driving skills;
- strategic thinking, responsibility, initiative, results orientation, professionalism, cooperation, impeccable personal and professional reputation.

- an average salary of EUR 2,300 with taxes. The amount of wages is calculated using a unit payment, according to approved coefficients, depending on the amount of income received by the employee, but not less than the minimum monthly wage. The exact salary will depend on your competence and professional experience. Salary is only part of the reward. You will additionally earn a variable part of the annual remuneration, depending on your and the company's performance.
