SURVEYOR (of buildings)

Employer: Archigroup Lt UAB;
Place of work - Kaunas, V. Putvinskio st. 45-9;
The territory of performed services is the whole of Lithuania;

Salary payment procedure for full (1) time:

• Fixed part: €1,200 - €1,500 / month. "to arms";
  
• Variable part: from turnover (results);
  

Salary payment procedure for full-time (0.5) time:

• Fixed part: €600 - €750 / month. "to arms";
  
• Variable part: from turnover (results).
  

Nature of work:

• Perform request analysis;
  
• Go to objects with a company vehicle;
  
• Carry out measurements in objects;
  
• Prepare requests and submit them to municipalities;
  
• Prepare cadastral measurement files for residential purposes (one, two and multi-apartment), non-residential purposes:
  
• Collection of missing documents related to the service from clients, builders or their authorized persons, administration and storage;
  
• Work with the "Matinkas" system;
  
• Communication with:
  

VĮ Registru cent specialists;
Customers, builders or their authorized persons;
With a person delegating work;

• Handing over prepared documents to the client;
  
• Prepare reports and submit them to the company manager.
  

Requirements:

• Higher education in the field of (land management/geodesy);
  
• Surveyor's qualification certificate;
  
• Driver's license (category B);
  
• Work experience from 3-4 years;
  
• Payment to work with Geomap in 2023. program;
  
• Be able to communicate with clients and explain the specifics, situation and problems of the service;
  
• Analytical thinking
  
• Ability to solve problems;
  
• Orientation towards the result;
  
• Good time planning skills;
  
• Be able to work independently and in a team;
  
• Communicability;
  
• Representative appearance.
