Retail Regional Manager

Ensuring the implementation of the retail strategy, managing 15 - 20 stores, about 35 - 50 employees;
Analysis of retail trade processes, ensuring efficient operations, finding and implementing new solutions;
Retail budget planning and management;
Market analysis of assortment, pricing, services provided, initiation and implementation of changes, initiating teamwork with managed departments;
Improving the customer satisfaction index;
Monitoring of long-term and short-term goals, performance evaluation indicators (KPI) set for subordinate employees, their motivation and implementation control in order to increase sales and make operations more efficient;
Preparation and approval of work schedules of subordinate employees.

Not less than 1 year. experience in the organization of retail trade;
Experience of supervised work (in retail - an advantage);
Strategic thinking and the ability to take responsibility not only for personal results, but also for the results of the entire team;
Ability to see essential critical points and make proposals for their solution;
Ability to listen, argue and work in a team;
Ability to be mobile and flexible for working hours;
Category B driver's license.

From 2100 €/mon. gross
The amount of the basic salary depends on the available competences + a bonus that is paid every month after reaching the set goals. The minimum amount of the supplement is 15% of the agreed reward amount.
