Nature of work
- Ensuring the implementation of the retail strategy, managing 7-10 stores, over 200 employees;
- Analysis of retail trade processes, ensuring efficient operations, finding and implementing new solutions;
- Systematic management of retail trade indicators, budget planning and management;
- Market analysis of assortment, pricing, services provided, initiation and implementation of changes, initiating teamwork with related departments;
- Improving the customer satisfaction index;
- Determination of long-term and short-term goals, performance evaluation indicators (KPI'S) for subordinate employees, their motivation and implementation control (in order to increase sales and make operations more efficient);
- Cooperation with other departments to ensure operational efficiency through process optimization and management, tool implementation, etc.
Employee requirements
- You have at least 2 years of experience. experience in the organization of retail trade;
- You have experience in managerial work (in retail - an advantage);
- You have obtained a higher education;
- You have strategic thinking, you are able to take responsibility not only for your personal results, but also for the results of the entire team (subordinate employees, managed project team);
- You are able to see essential critical points, provide solutions;
- You are able to listen, argue, be flexible and work in a team;
- You have good English language skills (we will consider it as an advantage).
