Hello, we are CANNUMO - the fastest growing, new brand in Lithuania. In 3 months, we managed not only to present one of the most visible fermented drinks "Gėris", but also to create a movement that, at the moment, manages to attract perhaps the most social media attention in Lithuania. In addition to creating high-quality products, we actively promote awareness and inner balance.
Cannumo is growing very fast and we are looking for a person to join the team who will actively help the CANNUMO brand to reach an even bigger market share - a Retail Manager.
What do we expect from you?
Development of retail network strategy (LT and abroad)
Participation in exhibitions, travel to suppliers, coordination of conditions.
Network concept development and structure formation (LT and abroad)
Preparation of retail sales plans.
Analysis of sales, costs and marketing results.
Providing insights and implementing change.
Ability to analyze and understand sales promotions, market research, consumer needs analysis and loyalty program development.
Network Development:
Analysis and initiation of network development opportunities.
Participation in the opening, closing and reconstruction projects of new stores.

Employee requirements
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of 5 years retail experience with proven track record.
Knowledge: Excellent knowledge of retail processes and marketing activities. Participation in exhibitions is a great advantage.
