Nature of work
- Management of a network of 7 stores in the largest cities of Lithuania: setting goals for employees, forming means to achieve goals and long-term planning of results;
- analysis of store activity processes, planning of performance indicators and their evaluation;
- Team formation, management, improvement of the motivational system;
- Implementation of the customer service standard and implementation of its compliance control;
- Development of retail channel sales strategy, selection of suitable solutions;
- Analysis of the competitive environment and maintaining leadership in the retail trade channel;
- Assortment formation, inventory management.
Employee requirements
- Not less than 2 years. management experience in the retail trade sector;
- Strategic thinking, strong orientation to the result;
- Excellent knowledge of the sales process of the retail channel;
- Good organizational and teamwork skills;
- Ability to take responsibility;
- Customer and results oriented.
Experience in the clothing, footwear sector is an advantage.
