Nature of work
- Organize and coordinate the work of the MDFT team;
- Ensure the implementation of project activities and indicators;
- Prepare and administer documentation related to the project;
- Implement the absorption of project funds: perform an analysis of the available financial resources and plan their effective use;
- Provide and share information about the project with project controlling institutions, service providers and other interested institutions;
- Take care of raising awareness of the MDFT program, implement publicity activities, cooperate with various communities and organizations;
- Manage project implementation risks;
- Take care of the quality, development and expansion of the program.
Employee requirements
- Higher education in the field of social sciences (master's degree - an advantage);
- Team management experience;
- Skills to plan and structure own and team work;
- Ability to reflect and flexibly react to the changing situation;
- Ability to systematize and analyze information, prepare documents;
- Good English. payment (oral and written);
- Category B driver's license is an advantage.
