- Effective communication during project preparation and implementation;
- Development by monitoring the production of self-designed devices.

- That you have an education in the field of mechanical engineering (can be a final year student);
- Skills in design programs (Solidworks, AutoCad);
- knowledge of the English language;
- That you are smart in various fields and have the desire and motivation to learn;
- You have experience in preparing production drawings (advantage).
