Nature of work
- Ensure smooth work of the shift by organizing and coordinating the course of the shift processes.
- Responsibility for the efficient use of production resources and execution of the production plan in cooperation with other departments of the company.
- Supervise the compliance of production technological processes with quality requirements.
- Delegate and coordinate the performance of employee tasks.
- Supervise the cost of working time, plan and control the fulfillment of production norms.
- Motivate and improve team work.
Work in 2 shifts (I-V).
I shift at 05:45. - 2:05 p.m.,
II shift at 2:05 p.m. - 10:25 p.m.
Place of work: Justiniškių st. 16, Vilnius.
Employee requirements
- Experience in a manufacturing plant and understanding of manufacturing processes.
- Ability to apply Lean principles in production processes in order to continuously improve and increase efficiency.
- Ability to read technical drawings or technical education (advantage - experience with metalworking).
- Excellent communication, collaboration and leadership skills.
- Good time planning and quick orientation in the situation.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team.
- Duty, responsibility and desire to improve.
