In this position, you will:
- Develop purchase plans for collections to meet the needs of all sales channels for all product categories and maintain a balanced inventory of goods;
- Analyze sales and create distribution plans optimizing size range, color balance, collection depth and width, and etc;
- Together with the manager, set retail prices for the brand's assortment to achieve strategic brand goals, margin targets, and positioning in competitive markets.
- Provide strategic proposals for inventory management, goods receiving planning, product allocation, markdown strategy, and removal of seasonal products;
- Collaborate closely with other departments by providing relevant information on product matrix, product allocation, and sales performance data.
- Follow the latest retail market trends and analyze the competitive environment in relevant product categories.
We hope that you:
- Have a higher education;
- Have at least 3 years of similar work experience in the apparel industry;
- Have excellent organizational, communication, English language, and computer skills (Ms Office);
- Are knowledgeable in product management, pricing negotiation, product planning, and allocation;
- Have an interest in consumer needs and the latest trends in sports and leisurewear products.
