Production manager of the metalworking workshop

Ensuring a smooth production process of metal structures;
Quality assurance of the production process and products;
Analysis of production project drawings;
Preparation of product estimates and preparation of commercial proposals.
Preparation of documentation and its systematic filling.
Planning, organization and control of the work of the metalworking workshop brigade;
Continuous improvement of production processes, increasing efficiency, improving quality, etc.

Higher education in Mechanics/Civil Engineering;
2+ years of experience in metal processing companies in an engineer-level position;
The ability to lead people - gather and motivate them for a common goal;
Knowledge of production processes;
Knowledge of metal products technologies, drawing reading skills;
Knowledge of the welding process;
Computer skills;
Good work planning skills;
Requirement, initiative, responsibility, communication.

2020-3135 €/mon. gross
The salary depends on work experience and competence;
We award bonuses at the discretion of the company manager for achieved results.
