Explore the professional world more deeply and join the Baltic Card Payments and Wallets Team that is responsible for the creation, development, and maintenance of SEB bank’s card payments and wallets solutions. In order to be successful in this position we believe you are creative thinking and can lead and drive various initiatives across the Baltics. What you will be doing

As a Mid - Senior IT Analyst, you will be responsible for:
- Participating in implementation of area’s Baltic Product Development & Technology development strategy together with area architects within Card Payments and Wallets domain;
- Analyzing business needs - collecting and analyzing requirements from the users or business owner, from system descriptions or code to define functional/non-functional requirements;
- Solution design and documentation - preparing the system requirements and the necessary functionality in a suitable format for software developers and testers;
- Solution proof of concept - according needs, preparing a draft for necessary functionality in a suitable format for software developers or testers;
- Solution supervision and analysis in all three Baltic countries including 3rd parties;
- Incident analysis of supervised system(s) functionality in all three Baltic countries;
To thrive in this role, we believe:
- You are passionate about card payments and wallets solutions;
- You have designed and led systems implementation for at least 2-3 years and have a solid understanding of technology and software development;
- You have analytical thinking and can do attitude;
- You are proficient in oral and written English;
- You have experience in banking sector, would be an advantage.
