Nature of work
At the moment, we are looking for an active and active city maintenance manager to join the Ecoservice team in Biržai, whose main functions will be:
- Coordinate a team of subordinate employees: control of work, drawing up schedules, administration of work safety, planning of equipment needs and organization of maintenance of technical condition, calculation of wages.
- Communication with customers, implementation of plans, preparation of reports and acts;
- Preparation of contracts with clients and commercial offers, sale of services;
- Invoicing, debt control, solving customer complaints and requests.
Employee requirements
- Excellent communication, conflict resolution and negotiation skills;
- Very good computer skills (Microsoft Office package; NAV, Loctracker, etc. would be an advantage);
- Responsibility, promptness, ability to work independently;
- Driver's licence B category;
- Understanding of small machinery would be an advantage.
