Conduct and analyze departmental performance and provide reports and suggestions related to process improvement to management.
Ensure the implementation of existing and new urban management department projects (decision-making, preparation of project progress reports and management of resources and deadlines).
Coordinate the preparation and submission of project documentation.
Supervise tasks assigned to subordinate employees, ensuring high-quality and efficient performance of work.
Ensure proper financial management of the department.
Represent the company in meetings with clients.
