Microbiological testing of food products and water;
Sampling;
Internal and external management of accredited research methods;
Implementation of new research methods necessary to expand the scope of the laboratory's activities;
Organization, execution and analysis of microbiological project works;
Analysis and implementation of normative documents;
Working with lactic acid bacteria.

The employee's primary goals are to master microbiological research methods, get to know the processes taking place in production, get to know and understand the quality system operating in the laboratory.

Place of work - Telšiai.
The work schedule is flexible.

Higher education in the field of microbiology, molecular biology, biochemistry is desirable;
General ability to use Microsoft Office programs;
Knowledge of metabolic processes, specifics of prokaryotic and eukaryotic cell operation, strong knowledge of microbiology, molecular biology and genetics, knowledge of the characteristics of microorganisms, laboratory (university) practice;
English at a level not lower than B1;
Category B driver's license.

Personal qualities:
Ability to communicate, work in a team, clearly formulate thoughts and conclusions, generate ideas and make suggestions for improving performance, logical thinking and ability to analyze data;
Diligence, responsibility, honesty, justice, healthy self-criticism, empathy, helpfulness, attentiveness, ability to quickly learn new things.
