Microbiologists are an integral part of the quality control team. In this position, you will perform the work required to ensure product quality, from monitoring and monitoring cleanrooms/systems to intermediate and final testing of the various products we manufacture.
Nature of work:
- Participates in clean room installation processes;
- Risk assessments related to cleanroom and water monitoring strategy are implemented;
- Environmental monitoring is carried out/ensured: air, surface, water samples are collected;
- Microbiological, physicochemical and biochemical testing of samples is carried out/ensured;
- Microbiological and functional testing of the products produced by the Company is performed/ensured;
- Participates in the control of raw materials: microbiological testing of raw materials and packaging is carried out/ensured;
- Participates in the validation of products and processes: microbiological testing is performed/ensured;
- Test data and results are evaluated, reports are submitted to the head of the department;
- Prepare procedures and instructions, train employees of the department;
- Work with heavier loads;
- Monitoring deviations of the production environment are followed and non-conformities are prevented.
Requirements:
- Higher university education in microbiology/biology/bioengineering sciences;
- In English;
- Computer literacy (MS Office);
- Laboratory work experience;
Considered mandatory:
- Master's degree
- Experience in a microbiological laboratory;
- Knowledge of microbiological methods;
- Experience with GGP;
- Knowledge of the principles and rules of work and behavior in clean rooms.
- Knowledge of the requirements of quality management system standards.
