Brigadier JOB IN FINLAND (departure in May)
WHAT JOB IS AWAITING THE FOREMAN?
- Planting of forest plantations.
- Formation of brigades, coordination of travel routes and dates.
- Effective organization of brigade forestry work.
- Working with the company's business management program.
- Motivating the team, maintaining a good working atmosphere.
- Ensuring work order, worker safety and health, compliance with fire safety requirements.
WHAT DOES THE WORK OF A PLANTER LOOK LIKE?
- Seedlings are carried in special backpacks that can weigh up to 15 kg;
- When planting, 10-15 km can be walked per day;
- Start of work - first half of August;
- Work on the principle of business trips (the business trip lasts 2-3 months with 3-4 weeks of rest at home).
- Forest plantations are 1-2 years old. age, closed root system (containers), 5-50 cm high;
- Pottiputki is planted with a tool popularly called "bazooka" (45-63 mm);
- The daily rate ranges from 1700 pcs. in the south of Finland and from 2100 pcs. in the north;

- category B, active driving experience;
- English proficiency;
- Honesty, diligence and endurance;
- Good physical fitness;
- Ability to work in a team;
- Orientation to the goal;
- Responsible approach to work, ability to flexibly solve emerging issues;
- Opportunities to go on long-term business trips (from 2 to 3 months).
