Mobile Cleaning Team Leader

Ainava UAB is a company providing premises cleaning and territory maintenance services. We are professionals in our field, we have accumulated experience and knowledge for more than 27 years. We provide services in large and smaller Lithuanian cities: Vilnius, Kaunas, Klaipėda, Panevėžys, Šiauliai, etc.

We are currently looking for a new member (s) for the Mobile Cleaning Brigade team - a brigade leader (s), in the Klaipėda branch.

The mobile team of the Klaipėda division operates in the entire Klaipėda county, providing specialized services such as: general cleaning of windows, partitions, facades, premises, maintenance of the territory, etc. The future brigade leader will lead a small team of 3 to 5 people. This job position is perfect for someone who doesn't see themselves working in an office in front of a computer, but likes to travel around facilities, supervise the activities of employees, and at the same time find new customers using both warm and cold calling methods.

More about the position:

• Organization of works, their distribution, monitoring and control of execution, training of employees.
  
• Responsibility for acceptance-handover acts of completed works.
  
• Cooperation with existing and potential clients regarding execution of work and placing of orders.
  
• Prompt resolution of problems, arising situations or questions.
  
• Participation in budget planning and execution of strategic works.

Salary consists of: base and variable parts.

Basic part of salary - fixed part of salary.
The variable part of the salary is a supplement for each month's personal results.
