CHIEF SPECIALIST PSYCHOLOGIST OF THE MOBILE TEAM ALL OVER LITHUANIA

 collects data about the family and/or the child;
 conducts family and/or child crisis and mobile team support assessment for the family and/or child;
 evaluates the influence of family organization and/or structure and family life cycle on existing problems;
 together with the family and/or the child, defines the achievable goals and objectives of the mobile team's assistance to the family and/or the child, provides ways and means of solving problems identified in the family;
 helps the family and/or the child to manage the crisis, resolve conflicts;
 motivates the person to accept help and change his behavior;
 applies empowerment methods so that the person is able to solve the problems themselves;
 applies family counseling methods to bring about positive changes in it;
 advises the child's parents on raising, disciplining, satisfying needs, ensuring safety and creating conditions for growth, development and improvement;
 informs family members and/or the child where the necessary help, services or treatment can be obtained;
 taking into account the goal of the mobile team's assistance, selects work methods, methodologies, tools;
 during the intensive work of the mobile team, assesses changes in family relationships, family members and/or the child's behavior and their related needs;
 organizes the intensive work of the mobile team and cooperates with the case manager (hereinafter - CA), state and/or municipal institutions, institutions, organizations:
 organizes meetings with other specialists and AVs and participates in them to discuss the situation of a specific family;
 participates in case review meetings organized by the CA;
 cooperates with AV;
 at the end of the mobile team's work, during family and/or child crisis and assessment of the mobile team's need for family and/or child support, during the intensive work of the mobile team, during the provision of mobile team assistance, based on the data collected by natural and legal entities, prepares and submits recommendations of the mobile team to the AV regarding the organization of further work with the family;
 applies stress coping and other psychological counseling methods;

 have a higher education qualification, acquired after completing university first and second cycle or comprehensive studies in psychology, or an equivalent higher education qualification;
 at least 6 months of experience working as a psychologist and/or volunteer psychologist or emotional support services (lines) consultant working with children and/or families;
 have a valid driver's license, giving the right to drive category B vehicles;
 the advantage of having attended the training for addiction counselors specified in the description of the procedure for providing addiction counseling services to persons who consume alcohol at risk and harm, approved by the Minister of Health of the Republic of Lithuania in 2018. September 7 by order no. V-989 "On the approval of the description of the procedure for providing addiction counseling services to persons who consume alcohol at risk and harm", and have a document confirming this (for example: diploma, certificate);
