Communicating by phone with customers who do not make payments according to the contract correctly and on time
Coordination of debt repayment schedules/ settlement agreements with debtors
Distribution of late payments
Work on a flexible schedule (evenings and Saturdays)

We expect from you:
Excellent communication skills, ability to resolve conflict situations
Ability to effectively organize your work and work independently
Good computer skills (MS Office programs).
Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian and Russian (English would be an advantage)
