Nature of work:
Execution of debt collection procedures;
Communication with customers who do not make payments according to the contract properly and on time (by phone, e-mail, etc.);
Termination of contracts with insolvent customers, proper informing of the customer about the remaining debt;
Preparation of letters and documents for the court;
Other tasks assigned by direct supervisor.

We expect from you:
Excellent communication skills, ability to resolve conflict situations;
Ability to effectively organize your work and work independently;
Good computer skills (MS Office programs);
Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian and Russian languages (English would be an advantage);
Similar work experience;
Analytical thinking, thoroughness and attentiveness.
