School administrator/administrator

Queen Martha School is growing and expanding, so it is looking for an office administrator.

What should be done?

• to manage, prepare and manage the documents regulating the activities of the educational organization;
  
• communicate with clients and partners, answer the questions and represent the interests of the educational organization;
  
• ensure professional reception of guests and clients;
  
• manage and administer information flows, correspondence, call flows of the organization;
  
• contribute to the organization of various organization events;
  
• to ensure that there are always enough office supplies, high-quality functioning of the office, etc. technique;
  
• take care that the educational organization and everyone's workplaces are in order.

We hope that:

obtained at least a higher education;

good knowledge of the state and English language (written and spoken);

good computer skills;

good clerical skills, working with information systems;

Knowledge of the Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania, the Law on Documents and Archives of the Republic of Lithuania, the rules for preparing documents, the rules for document management and accounting, and other legal acts governing the management and storage of documents;

experience in preparing company documentation or educational evocative documentation would be a great advantage;

quick reaction and communication, conscientiousness, diligence, creativity, ability to independently plan and organize one's activities, flexibility, adaptability and a smile on one's face;

experience in education would also be an advantage.
