Nature of work

prepare sales training materials and conduct training for employees of shopping centers in different cities of Lithuania;
develop employees' awareness of good customer service and proper sales;
according to the emerging need for training, prepare training materials for other topics;
organize and carry out employee observations, evaluations, provide feedback;
to offer more effective methods of employee training.

at least 1 year of experience in organizing and conducting trainings, preparing training materials;
work experience in sales (advantage);
category B driver's license;
knowledge of written and spoken English at B1 level.
ability to inspire and motivate employees;
good MS Office program skills (Excel, Word, Power Point);
