Training instructor

Kaunas Aircraft Maintenance services is currently expanding and actively looking for reinforcements. Two new hangars have been added to the existing two available hangars. Therefore, we are looking for a new team member - a technical training instructor to join our training department in Kaunas. For this position, we are looking for someone who is interested in aviation or has a desire to learn a lot of interesting things about aircraft engineering and teach it to others!

✈ Conducting technical training in the classroom and in a virtual way.
✈ Creation and improvement of instructors' materials (training plans, reference materials, training materials and training tools).
✈ Regular review of all procedures and regulations related to the training programs being prepared.
✈ Organization and conduct of employee knowledge testing and qualification improvement.
✈ Planning and administration of the training process, handling related documents.
✈ Conducting practical training.

✈ Experience working in an aircraft maintenance organization or a background in aeronautical engineering is a plus.
✈ Good knowledge of working with Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, Teams, etc.).
✈ Presentation skills.
✈ Excellent English language skills (oral and written).
✈ Excellent communication skills and flexibility.
✈ Willingness to learn and teach others, to propose new ideas.
✈ Valid EU passport and ability to travel if needed.

1400-2400 €/mon. net
Salary depends on experience and qualifications.
Salary is reviewed after a successful probationary period and upon qualification.
