AMES Education (AMES) operates in all major cities of Lithuania. We professionally and extremely responsibly teach English and other languages to company employees, business representatives, adults, students, schoolchildren. Position Objectives and Expectations:
- You will present the value created by AMES to customers and sell language learning courses and camps to new and existing customers.
- Active search for customers and sale of training projects to individuals.
- Preparation of documents and contracts, ensuring a smooth training process.
- You will create an unforgettable customer experience from first contact throughout the customer learning journey.
- You will closely cooperate with the AMES team throughout Lithuania.
- You will gather feedback from the client and share insights for the development of the entire team.
We hope you:
- You have successful work experience in sales (training, sales of services - an advantage).
- You have experience with social media queries.
- You have strong negotiation skills and confidence when dealing with customers.
- It is important for you to achieve the set personal and team result.
- You see the meaning of learning foreign languages or studying abroad and acquiring new competencies.
- You have a higher education (in management, business development or other fields).
- You have excellent knowledge of Lithuanian and English (Russian is an advantage).
