UAB "Ekonomīnes konsultatinos ir tyrimai" is a management consulting and training company in Lithuania, which has been operating for more than 25 years and provides services to public sector organizations, private companies, and state-owned enterprises.

The position includes the following activities:

  • Involvement in preparing training proposals for public and private sector organizations;
  • Implementation of training projects:
a) Preparation and control of the training project implementation plan and budget;
b) Communication with clients and training experts;
c) Search and coordination of orders with providers of services (training places, meals, accommodation for training participants) (hotels, conference centers, etc.).
d) Organization of distance education.
  • Customer information management.

Skills and experience:

  • Ability to responsibly perform assigned tasks;
  • Good planning and organization skills, ability to work independently and in a team;
  • Ability to think independently and quickly when making decisions, solve difficult situations;
  • Good communication skills;
  • Fluent teaching of thoughts in writing and orally;
  • MS Office software package user skills (Word, Excel, OneDrive, Teams, etc.);
  • Work experience in the field of training administration, organizing events would be an advantage.
