Nature of work:
- prepare training materials for sales and other topics and conduct training for employees of shopping centers in different cities of Lithuania;
- organize, implement and administer employee training processes;
- to offer more effective ways of training employees;
- develop awareness of good customer service and proper sales.
Requirements:
- higher education in management, psychology or another related field;
- at least 1 year of experience in organizing and conducting training;
- work experience in sales (advantage);
- be able to plan and coordinate their work;
- creativity, initiative, orientation towards the best result;
- category B driver's license;
- MS Office program skills (Excel, Word, Power Point);
- written and spoken English at B2 level.
